I play NCAA 08 football on PS2. Both the basketball and football NCAA titles kick the crap out of the pro ones. |

as soon as you can you have to UPGRADE and get a PS3 or 360 because they are A LOT better, just the recruiting crap sucks. i cannot wait for the 09 versions to come out. |

I went the Wii route (have young children), so won't be going to PS3 anytime soon. I have played NCAA BBall 08 on PS3 and it is awesome. Agree on recruiting -- I'd prefer that there were an option that would let the game do it and just let me coach and play the games. |

Yeah, I play quite a bit actually. The Tiger Woods game actually isn't very good -- I rented it and it's not worth buying. I mostly play the Wii sports game (I'm great at Tennis -- for anyone that has the game, my rating is currently 2050 and that is without ever stopping a game because I was losing) and I've bowled a 275 once (ended with 10 straight strikes). We also have the Wii Fit system and I play that some. Bottom line, if you have kids it's a nice alternative to have them just sitting around on their butt in front of the T.V. Some of the games (especially on the Wii Fit and the boxing game on Wii Sports) you have to be quite active with. |

I didn't play the '08 version, but the Dynasty part was always my favorite. Maybe because I could play out the fantasy of Purdue winning National Championships in football and pulling in top recruiting classes. I always thought the Dynasty/Franchise modes in sports games are the best. To me, it adds a whole new aspect to the games. |

“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves." "I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel
