Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

That sounds pretty disturbing to me.
It's a few years old, so I suppose it's a result of the beginning of the online predator era, which is sick in it's own right.

But yeah, very disturbing, but nonetheless a cool film.

To quote sirbri, meh. 6 out of 10. I actually was expecting something and felt deflated. If you haven't seen it, check out Lars and the Real Girl. IMO it's a better chick flick that Juno, one that both of you can enjoy.

BTW, rent the Killpoint series DVDs if you get a chance. It was a spike TV series I'd never heard of. Two disc CD set, runs about 6 hours. The ending is kind of flat, but everything else is really good.
I thought Lars and the Real Girl was pretty boring. I don't think it even made me chuckle.

As for Juno, I thought it was mediocre. I'd rate it about 6 as well, but Lars and Real girl would get a 4.5 from me.

What's Killpoint about?
Killpoint is about a bank robbery that ends up turning into a hostage situation. At the same time the police are watching the bank with the robbers and hostages, unbeknowst to both of them some former army buddies of the men who are robbing the bank learn of the bank robbery and are trying to get their buddies out.

There's a lot of different angles with and storylines involving members of the police force, the robbers, and the hostages.
