Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I bet he was proud as hell when he saw it was the first headline on the men's bball section on espn. Hell, I would have been too!

You are right. I still feel pretty bad for him though.

I do too. After all has been said and done, he was probably more deserving than some others to even be on the court last year. In spite of a rough season to come, I'd really like to see him get some solid minutes. He may not be the most talented guy on the floor, but he's arguably the most fundamentally sound.

And that's where we'll have to start.

Damn this is all kinds of bad news. As ridiculous as it is, Taber was going to be very needed this year. And yeah I feel bad for him. He works hard.

If he is having the surgery today and estimated time out is 10 weeks. Won't we still be able to count on him for more than half of the season, worst case?

From the looks of it, he should be back at the end of October or first part of November, so I'm not really sure what the 'headlines' were all about either, unless it's worse than they're telling us and the 10 weeks is just an extremely vague estimate.

Hopefully he's ok and heals up quick. Taber's become my new favorite Hoosier. B)
