Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

He also picked a running mate with only two years of office experience and was a governor of a town with only 5,000 people from the state of Alaska. In my opinion, McCain made an incredibly stupid choice.

Imagine this: let's say McCain wins the election. He's in his 70s, so dieing in office is possible for him. Do we really want a women with only 2 years of office experience over just 5,000 people becoming President?

Little mixed up on facts. What I meant to say is that she was a councilor for a town of only 5,000 people. Still she is the govenor of a state that has more reindeer than people. Obama has been running for President longer than she has even been in office. Yeah, it will catch the eye of women voters, but she has no where near the experience. McCain has definetly lost too many brain cells and is getting too damn old.

No where near the experience, as say who? Obama?

Do you remember the man from Vermont who ran for the Democrat Nomination? Vermonts total population is less than Alaska's and I don't recall them ever saying that because the states population was low, it took away from the fact he was Governor of the state.

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

I don't think Obama's in trouble at all. I don't know shit about this woman except that this may be one of the most republican families I have ever seen:

Man Mongo, you must be clarivoyant........you can judge these people by a family photo? Obama gave 1 speech in 04'.............what else has he done?? Answer: NOTHING!

Obama's change: Tax the oil companys and give each family $1000 tax break.

Question: How long will that $1000 go when gas goes to $6/gallon due to Osama's new "tax" for the rich???

Obama is a sham! When he loses, is his wife going to tell everyone how much she hates this country and how stupid we all are? She sure could never be proud of THIS country!!

At least McCain didn't introduce her as "the next president"!!!!

I'm not a big fan of Obama, but you obviously just listen to Republican talking points.

Gas could go much higher than $6 with Obama's pledge to stop drilling for oil. Sure, coming up with alternative sources is a great idea, but you can't predict when new ideas and technology will start paying off.

Amen Lars!

No president elect can just "fix things"!

I take NO sides..........right now, McCain looks like a much better option to me. The real question is who you would rather get screwed by........all politicians are crooks........thats how they got there!

At least McCains VP has run a state..........what has Obama done again?? The "list" of Obama's accomplishments seems very short to be running for president!
