Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

...i don't know if anyone has posted this or if i did, and forgot about it, for that matter...

...anyway, i watched this movie a few months back and then again over the weekend with my brother and was reminded of how unsettling it was...

...i just have to say that this film has, quite possibly, the hardest scene that i've ever watched...in a mainstream movie anyway...don't get me wrong the film is flat out amazing, imo...but just stomach churning...

...please check it out...it is definitely a movie that you'll never forget...

Some of my friends and I saw it when it was in theaters. Which scene are you referring to? Off the top of my head I can't remember a particularly bad one, the whole movie is just continuously ridiculous.

...it's hard to say without giving anything away...let's just say it's verrrry close to the end... ;)

Hardest scene to watch for me is definitely the rape scene in The Hills Have Eyes... It's just so wrong. Not to mention how awful that movie was in general.

That scene disturbed me for a while after watching it. I definitely won't be rewatching that movie or any of the sequal(s).

I'm referring to the remake. I've never seen the original.

High Tension is fucking intense, but a really well made and effective horror movie. Not recommended for the easily squeamish, you probably won't sleep that night. The Hills Have Eyes remake just sucked and that rape scene was uncomfortable as hell.
