Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

P.S. Someone had mentioned Verdell Jones transferring down the road, can somebody give me an explanation to that thought? I thought all of the commitments are coming here because it's a golden opportunity and they WANT to be here now? I could be wrong... Someone clear that up. Thanks !
There is only so much playing time to go around. Also, I read that Crean pretty much had a player or two per year transfer while at Marquette. He demands a lot of his players, and not every player can handle that day in and day out.

And a lot of the "they WANT to be here now" talk is just recruit speak when they make their decision. Every single player says that when they commit, yet some still transfer. You shouldn't buy that as the truth until they show up on campus and act that.

Jones is a prime transfer because IU really came out of nowhere for him and its going to be a very crowded backcourt. Nothing but speculation really.
too bad you don't know shit from apple butter.

Paint Chip's bitterness and rage is nearing an alltime high now that Crean is completely dominating Porkchop in the '08 and '09 classes.

Yeah I went to high school in Indiana at Hamilton Southeastern. I played my college ball at Saint Francis in Fort Wayne. I'm attending St. Georges University Med School in Grenada West Indies with my brother. Yeah life in the Carribbean is nice. The only problem is I don't get to see to many IU games so I have to check out the message boards to find out how were doing. I'm looking forward to some could conversation.

Go Hoosiers! headbang2

Yo obatski. I'm not sure exactly what field I want to go into. I think I would like to do some type of surgery. Tell your girl good luck, it's hard work but it's not as scary as people put it on to be.

I think someone's going to try to get a video stream going of some of the games.... so you might be able to catch some IU this year after all.

Yeah that streaming video would be nice. The only problem is I have a foriegn IP address, so sometimes I'm not able to get some of the videos. We have cable or satellite, what ever the hell it is, down here on a couple TVs but we dont get ESPN, we get ESPN2 though. It makes alot of sense I know. Other wise unless it's nationally televised which I dont believe to many of our games this year will be, I wont be able to watch it. Heres to hoping the streaming video will work. :priest:

Yeah I scored in the upper 20's but I didn't have a premed degree. I have a business degree with a Masters in Business. So I was looked at differently then the normal student. Plus I am a little older (27) for starting med school then most students. This all had an effect on why I am at school down here in the Carribbean but hey I'm not complaining.

That's still not too shabby. I know people that went to undergrad school and got in the lower 20's and still got it. Congrats, good to have you here, and still around for a while! It's once again an exciting time to be a hoosier fan.
