Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Agree with that last point Dcam made. Also, will Rivers transferring have any effect? I know he isn't a phenom or anything like that but he has played major games in his life and adds something that no one in either class has; experience.
I think he will probably start for both years he is at IU. His experience and defense on the perimeter will be needed.
wait - paintchips said Watford is now just a 2 year player.

but all the so-called glorious turdue slags will stay 4 years.

either that or he realizes Watford is just that much better than Homely, Jew Jew and Gibberish.

Reading comprehension isn't your strong point is it?
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

No it's not. I was actually talking about whether a transfer has any effect on recruiting classes by groups such as rivals though. I wasn't referring to his productivity on the court. Do you know if they do that or not?

The question was about Rivers dumbass. He will have 2 years of eligibility left at IU in 2009.

You aren't very bright.

I don't believe they count D1 transfers because there is no true ranking for them. They do however use JUCO transfers in their rankings.

Gotcha, makes more sense if they would add in everybody that's coming, but that's just me I suppose.

Cam, no football games for me this year. I'm in Mexico. But I believe I did an adequate job of gathering minions before I left.

One would think, but when do those sites make much sense?

Those rankings are fun to banter about, but as has been said, what do they really matter? I usually read the reports and the opinions of the people that I trust there, and make my opinions based on that.

That was Btown8 asking, but thats cool you are in Mexico. I think I remember reading that. How much American football do they show on TV there?

Woops, my bad. Almost zero college football is shown down here. They don't even have NCAA '09 (or '08 for that matter) for sale on any game systems. Saturdays are for soccer.

There is a lot more pro football. I can see any of the games I want at the local betting arena and most bars carry MNF.
