For all of you who bash Palin for being in college for 6 years, McCain's class ranking, and Bush's general intelligence, please ask yourself if any of those people would be STUPID enough to make such a colossal fool of themself like this. BTW, I'm sure this is old news to you guys, but in case you don't know the story, Chuck Graham is in a wheelchair and can't "stand up" Yeah, and we need this man meeting with world leaders.....yeah |

...is that seriously the best you have...are you honestly trying to compare that to the shit that bush has done over the past eight years...and what palin will undoubtedly do?... |

 Are you comparing what Biden DID to "what Palin will do"? I wasn't aware of your crystal ball...perhaps you should have used it to tell Biden in advance that Chuck Graham can't walk. I love it how you liberals always respond with "is that the best you can do......Bush this Bush that......." every time your candidates show how extremely stupid and unqualified they are. |

...biden has been in the public eye for his entire life and that's the best you can do...that's embarrassing...i'm simply saying that palin has been in the public eye for about a month and she already has people questioning her intelligence...so it hardly takes nostradamus to predict what she's capable of doing... |

she also has people praising her and "she has only been in the public eye for a month". Does mean that she is automatically going to do great then by your reasoning? the only people "questioning" her intelligence are the liberal mouthpieces, which is expected in a political race. How that determines what she is going to do is beyond me, but I'm sure you have it all figured out swami. |

I though this was going to be a post about Biden saying FDR was president during the '29 stock crash. He's a pompous, dim bulb. |

...honestly aaron, i work with two huge conservatives and they weren't happy with the interviews that she has done...so, no it's not just the liberals...are you honestly telling me that you were impressed with her interview?...and remember, those are taped...just wait to see what comes out of her mouth when she's live... ...and you're right, these are simply predictions on my part and i could be wrong...and trust me i will admit it if i am...i'm simply saying that she hasn't shown me anything yet... |

You asked the question "would any of those people be stupid enough to make a colossal fool out of themseleves like Biden did." Well Aaron, the answer is yes. So I guess you agree now that Bush is a colossal fool and an idiot? For those who don't know, the reporter is blind. Edited by dreachon, Sep 25 2008, 01:48 PM.

Dreachon, When you are defending your guy comparing him to Bush that is not a good sign. |

Haha. I agree with you there BG! I just thought it was funny that Aaron would blast Biden and then defend Bush all in the same post. Really though, these things happen. They are dumb, and super embarrassing, but they don't mean much. I know I laughed my arse off when Bush did it and I definitely think what Biden did was pretty funny too. |

Dreach, We might not agree on much but i think we can agree Bush has not shown leadership in years. I think he has been a failure and is a black eye on what i consider a Republican to be. |

I thought her acceptance speach was great, and the majority of America agrees with me. I thought that she just barely stayed above water with Charlie Gibson, but she will probably get better at being interviewed by left-leaning journalists. She did good on Hannity, but obviously had some softballs. I heard that the Katie interview was about as good/bad as Gibson's, but I didn't see it. She did some great things in Alaska, which presumably would take intelligence to do. |

Bush is probably as much as a "gaffe machine" as Biden is, but I don't think he knew this guy was blind......Biden knows Chuck Graham very well. |

Well he knew him well enough to be on a first name basis ( i don't think they have cards showing their names, do they?). And the entire crowd obviously knew he was blind because they all gave a good laugh when he said, "it depends on your perspective, i guess". Then Bush gave one of those, "something really funny, but I'm not sure what it is" laughs. At least Biden realized his mistake immediately. It was a pretty dumb gaffe for both of em. |

We don't need to apologize for Hannity's softballs, Aaron, that's what Obama sees 99% of the time. |
