| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! I found this video summary to be very factually accurate, and extremely relevent to the problem. Take a look and let me know what you think. I'm particularly curious to see how the Obama supporters on here will respond, so please try not to just ignore it. |

![]() "Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed Meat is Murder. Sweet, delicious murder. | |

It is becoming amusing to me how you Dems on here just ignore threads that show the clear flaws in your party's actions. Amazing. |

People who believe in dinosaurs and man coexisting don't get to talk about "clear flaws." |

It's interesting that you responded to Aaron's statement about Dems not responding to this thread. It looks like you just exposed yourself... |

typical brum answer. We don't agree on a completely disconnected topic, which gives you a reason to ignore the incompetence of your own party. |

All you and lars do is post topic after topic of "oh my gosh!" 'factoids' (usually from youtube or foxnews) and when things get disproved, you simply run to another topic of "oh my gosh" 'factoids.' Sorry, but the two of you have cried wolf so many times that people have stopped bothering with your posts (in which case Lars says "*crickets*"....which he must be familiar with as the sounds coming from a McCain rally.) It's as tiresome as NLA's slanted posts. |

Come on now, it's not like you guys post on every thread started by a dem. Just because no one posted doesn't mean we ignore it. It's possible that we found this video really fucking annoying with its techno symphony background music. I remember seeing a post by someone that listed everyone who was against more regulations and there were a lot of repub senators on there. I didn't see anyone respond to that. Fact: Repubs controlled the senate Fact: There were dems who wanted more regulations Fact: There were repubs who did not want more regulations. Fact: In a republican controlled senate, we did not get more regulations. So dems AND repubs are to blame. They all fucked it up. Why is that so hard for you repubs to admit? Just about every dem on this board has said that we hold some responsibility, but you guys refuse to accept any responsibility. And you wonder why this past Presidency has been a complete and total failure. You guys just take after your leader... |

In 2006 every republican on the committee voted to increase the regulations on Fannie and Freddy, and every Dem voted against the bill. So the Dems deserve much more than half the blame, yet Obama keeps talking about the problem being Bush's and McCain's fault. |

Brum, not even close to true. You tend to run and hide from any post where you can't defend your liberal views, and instead throw a few little insults around. When have I been "disproved" and simply run to another topic? |
