Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Was at the Dr's this morning to get a flew shot and the office TV was on the Communist Broadcasting Station (CBS) morning show from Nashville. I nudged my wife and said holy shit, CBS has a conservative CW star on to sing his new song "Raisin McCain". We couldn't believe it until the camera panned back and the ONLY people in the background were Obama supporters. John Rich did the song but absolute scilence from the crowd and as soon as he was done, much to the delight of the talking head reporter, the crowd started with the O-BAM_A chant. Have to give Rich credit though, he hung in there and closed his interview with "vote McCain". Just another "fair and balanced" broadcast from the drive-by's.

Not sure how that shows a bias on CBS's part. Are you saying that they only allowed Obama supporters to be in background? That it was a setup? I'm not an Obama surporter, but I wouldn't cheer if I heard the song, as I think it is a stupid song.

I think it's a stupid song also. I also believed the deck was stacked and that CBS got what they wanted. They can now boast that they had a conservative on their program and see how fair and balanced we are here on CBS. Nashville is a pretty conservative city and I find it hard to believe that if word got around that a conservative CW star was doing his pro-McCain song on nationwide television that he would not have had some people show up in support. I don't know how it came down, I only know there were no McCain signs in the crowd that I could see and the whole thing seemed pretty orchestrated. Can I prove it, no. Would I put it past CBS, no. This is purely my ovservation and opinion.

There are those that would say that there were no McCain supporters because they were all at work, while the Obama surporters stay home and let the government pay them. B)

:D Now your finally starting to make sense.....of course you also forgot that terrorists and criminals tend to work at night, giving them ample time to support Obama during the day.

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.
