Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I don't really understand how you can hate on a guy that has won everywhere he has played.
He won in high school.

In college he came to a team that was pretty damn good...before he started playing, their only loss was at North Carolina where they got homered to a count of 34 to 13 free throws in a game that they lead at half.

In the pros..well, we aren't exactly talking about any kind of winning or losing yet.

So he won in high school and helped a team that was pretty darn good anyway win for less than a full season. Not sure how that translates to him winning everywhere he has been.

He won three state titles in a row, a BT championship, a BTT championship, and made it to the final game in his freshmen year. That is 5/6 on big titles he could have won. That is stupid to blame him for being on a team that was good and he was a big part of that team being good. What else would you want him to do to consider him winning everywhere he has went? He hasn't even got a chnace to prove himself in the NBA so you can't bring that into consideration. I guess people can call him a bad player or whatever they want but the guy is making millions.

I don't know if this post is for me or not but good for Eric Gordon. This thread isn't about him. He has won a lot of games everywhere he went too. Not as many as Oden and look who got picked higher.

Oden also had a very good point guard to compliment him. Why do you think point guards love playing with Shaq so much? All you do is toss the ball his way, and its a guaranteed assist.

Did you just compare Oden's affect to Shaq's affect? Yet, he is a bust and is no good. Interesting.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel
