Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Why do you think this is? Is it just one of those meaningless coincedences?
I think it is coincidence.

Let's keep in mind that being in the military doesn't necessarily qualify you for a role in gov't. I absolutely have a great deal of respect for veterans. And I think the military does build leadership qualities. But remember, there have been quality presidents and legislators who have never wore a uniform, and there have been some absolutely terrible Presidents that were military men (US Grant anyone). In the end I think the man and the ideals are more important that past occupation.
Robert Byrd former KKK supports Obama. Past occupations I guess really don't matter all that much.
Byrd gets a pass because he honestly doesn't remember any of his KKK days.
...and he probably didn't get hugged enough as a child. Society led him toward that path and he had no choice. Blah Blah Blah.

By the way I did pick up on your sarcasm

Just random. It was the only one I could find that was a small enough file.

. One of the worst things the GOP could do long term to their party coming out of this big meeting of their would be to push Sarah Palin as the next big star of the GOP. You heard it here first.
I will second that. It is like you are typing the words for me today Hog!
Third.
