  • PREDICTION THREAD!!!
Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Next year's recruiting class is sick.

IU will challenge PU next year. Count on it. We won't have to wait to 2011

Anybody else concerned that Pritchard fouled out? He's got to be more careful because we have zero depth up front.

It's also concerning that we aren't shooting hardly any threes. It was fun to watch us run in this game, but that won't happen once we play a Big Ten team.

Lawrence North would beat Anderson by double digits I'd assume.

Didn't see the game, but 101 is a good amount of points against just about anyone.
hell, Lawrence Welk could beat Anderson.

Pritchards development is the key to this team being competitive or not.

Can he become a Harogody type player?

This doesn't concern me at all. Any team in the country can take it down the court and start bombing 3's. There's no skill involved in that. This team needs to run the offense as much as possible. When they get behind and need to start bombing threes, that won't be a problem.

i agree. the last thing we need is another "chuck-a-3-every-possession" team. we have the talent to drain the long ball, but that shouldn't be our first MO.

You both are missing my point. I didn't see hardly any half-court sets. We're not going to get fast breaks for every point against Big Ten teams. When we're in a half-court set, we're going to have a huge disadvantage on the interior, so yes, that means we'll shoot a lot of three's. There's a big difference between working for an open shot in a half-court set versus just bombing a three as a first option.

Hey guys, I am gonna try to be back on alittle more, I have a ton of stuff going on. I read someone said depth isnt anything, that may be true but not because the amount of minutes some got. I mean come on it is exhibition the first game at IU for every player. TC was getting everyone in, guarantee he doesnt play all these plays that many minutes when it matters. He will understand that every game will count this year, we can not take any games for granted.
