Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

UB those games do not count hence the word exhibition. I am sure in UB land they do but not in any credible place. Thank you for playing delusional Homer for us today.

If you look at the fine print of the bet, it only applies to teams higher than D7, having at least one scholarship player, and someone who can dunk with an object larger than a tennis ball.

UB, do you have a bet with Lars also?

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

Aaron, I forget the terms of our wager, but the fact is, I like my IU friends so much, I wanted you to be able to celebrate an 11 game win season. Your young guys will get lots of PT this year, and that bodes well for next season, hopefully better than it did for an unnamed coach in South Bend.

For now, let's leave these two wins on the table, and if you need them to keep the wager interesting n Feb, we can discuss it then.

I believe the loser had to write a message paying tribute to the other's basketball program.

If we play like we did last night, we will have a lot of trouble winning 10 games even if we do count the exhibitions. Granted, Finkelmeier did see a lot of playing time. Still, Bemidji State was in that game for a long time.

Ok, sounds good. If Krispy can win with this team, my tribute will be sincere.

Whatever happened to the bet where purdue football and basketball would have a better combined record than Iu football and basketball......

oh yeah, i forgot, purdue won a tournament game, hence had "more games" so made that bet null and void.... :owned:
