| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! I will be like UB here. I have numerous sources. I guess I am more like the MSM. The claims rumor around big brass in Afghanistan is Obama is gonna offer Senator McCain Homeland Security. I think McCain might take it because he lives by a code if your nation ask for your service you must serve. This is a bad idea because the Gov of Arizona is a DEM. probably a reason why the offer it because she fills the seat with a DEM and presto one seat closer to 60. I don't think Obama would let McCain operate the way he would like to and if we get the Biden attack the blaim goes to McCain. I however do not see Senator McCain saying no to a President. What do you guys think???????????????????????? |

it at least appears he may offer a republican a spot somewhere. mccain makes as much sense as anything these days. im still amazed these 2 could sling mud at each other like they did for 6 monthes and sit down before the election and act like old buddies (the roast they both attended). now this possibility. the people voted ME here, now i'll appoint YOU there (wink, wink, nod, nod.) further "evidence" of the CFR running the show. |

The 60 seat number is incredibly overblown. It's not magical...you have to have every single senator in step with a decision for it to matter. There are always a couple that lie more toward the fringes of each party that aren't going to simply give a blank agreement. McCain's supporters felt that one of the big reasons to elect him was for security reasons...I don't see why he shouldn't take that position. |
