Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I'm just curious to see if you guys are still seeing a lot of people with political signs still sitting in their yards, 2 weeks after election? If so, who's signs are you seeing. I am only seeing Democrat signs, and not just Obama. I am seeing Mike Montagino, Jill Long-Thompson...etc etc. I haven't seen a single republican sign though...for winners or losers. Are the democrat supporters that emphatic or are they just furthering their stereotype of being lazy? I say lazy.

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

Steal the Obama signs. You can sell them for big bucks right now.

All I see around here is for Inhofe, our lovely bat shit crazy Senator.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

Just think of it as a lawn bumper sticker.

And seriously, if you want to rag on lazy people rag on the ones who put their Christmas lights up in November and take them down in February.

If it was up to my wife, I would put mine up the day after thanksgiving, and leave them up until half way through Jan.

:wtf: The election is over? Who won? Count me as one of those lazy Americans who just took down his McCain/Palin sign this weekend. Between getting up at 5:30 and than feeding my daughter, getting her ready for daycare, working 10hrs, coming home in the dark (repeat 6days a week) I just forgot. A little sarcasm there because it just takes a second to throw it in the back of the truck on the way to work.

Wait theres a stereotype going around that democrats are lazy? This is news to me. Furthermore, this is total bullshit Aaron and completely unfounded. All the democrats I know are hard workers. All my friends are dems and excelled in school. Their parents are dems and lawyers and professors. My mom's a dem and has worked in social servies for 25 years. Guess what, you're not lazy when you've done the work she's done. I'm not a democrat, but that comment still pissed me off.

Nah he he doesn't drive around cause it causes pollution. He just stays in his 15,000 square ft mansion and buys carbon offsets online to ofset the enormous amount of energy it takes to power his place.
