Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm always up to watch UK get beat down.

It's pretty surprising to me how bad UK has been though... Patrick Patterson is extremely talented, and the rest of that line-up looks a lot better than IU on paper.

UNC is close to pulling away here in the second half.

Could you imagine if Psycho T was playing? UK would get clown stomped.

The only way to beat UNC is to keep them in a halfcourt game. When they create turnovers and run the floor, nobody can play with them.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

Wow. UNC is looking as invincible as everyone said they were going to be. They are so deep and have so much experience that it would be near impossible to knock them off. They can play the halfcourt set with hansbrough, but they can also get up and down the court. they are a true all-around team.
Death to Signatures.

Its not going to be easy to beat them anyway you play them, but I'd say 99% of the teams in America have to turn it into a half court game and turn them into a jump shooting team. Also, making them play tough defense for 40 minutes.

I don't think anybody can run with these guys. Maybe Louisville, maybe a team like Memphis with a bunch of athletes, but UNC has too many skilled and athletic guys. They are pretty sick and its going to take a monumental effort to beat them.

No matter the odds, I have faith in Coach K. Not a fan of Duke by any means, but he's an X and O's genius. Roy doesn't even have to coach with the team he has, so maybe coach K will catch the Heels sleeping....

Oh wait, ESPN will make it official hard-on week.
