Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I used to be a huge Mich State fan until I went to see them play against IU in assembly hall. needless to say my alliances changed after that game. :D

A good Michigan State is very good for the Big Ten.

Izzo is a good guy and I respect the kinds of players he recruits, so I generally have no problem sharing the limelight with Sparty.....as long as it doesn't come directly at IU's expense.

I find myself kind of rooting for Butler only because I saw Matt Howard play at our local sectional couple of years ago and I think he was excellent.

“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

actually MSU is basically irrelevant.

as crazy as it sounds, the BT needs IU and UM to be good to gain national respect.

The wizdicks winning the BT just worsens the league's reputation.

Wisconsin. I know they're a big ten team but I LOVE Bo Ryan. He's my favorite coach in college basketball and I wish he got the respect he deserved. I root for the little guys too, like Davidson, Xavier, and Southern Illinois.

I root for whatever team I am betting on.

Come on UB, you'll never admit it, but we know you root for the Boilers and wish you were in the Paint Crew.

Notre Dame and Butler in basketball. Love to cheer for fellow Indiana teams.

Also love to cheer for the underdogs. Mostly, I just want to watch a great game unless its IU destroying someone.

There are usually some openings in the gerbil herding lot too. Those spots are normally filed at IU.

Nerds and farmers so far. All we got to get in is an ugly girls and an ugly campus reference and you guys will have hit on the same things IU fans have said my entire life.

Kudos on originality.
