Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I used to be a big UAB fan in basketball. Squeaky Johnson was my favorite player while he was there... but I'm not nearly as big of a fan now that Anderson left, and he hasn't been able to field the same in your face teams at Missouri yet.

I loved UNC in the 90s and like many other childhood Air Jordan fans, it was only because MJ went there.

Nerds and farmers so far. All we got to get in is an ugly girls and an ugly campus reference and you guys will have hit on the same things IU fans have said my entire life.

Kudos on originality.
was the 'reserved for playmates' parking full? because i've never seen anyone park there on that ugly campus.

i tried?

Nope, hate Webber and am indifferent about Painter. I suppose the reason I pull for them is Jermaine Dearman. He went to Warren Central. My mom's friend teaches there and I got to meet him and shoot some hoops with him.
who's your mom's friend? i went to WC.. Jermaine is a good guy, but I'm not a big fan of Southern Illinois' playing style myself. I typically find myself cheering for underdogs and any team not named Duke.
I seriously can't remember her name. It was a long time ago and I only met her once. but yeah, he was a really nice guy. i enjoyed watching him at So. Ill.

Come and join in song together, shout with might and main. Our beloved Alma Mater, sound her praise again. Gloriana Frangipana, E'er to her be true. She's the pride of Indiana, Hail to Old IU!

Any Big Ten team playing out of conference. MTSU (Middle Tenn State) and Ohio University just because my daughter was or is there and I got interested in them. Lastly, anyone playing KY, Duke, Miami or USC.

I have actually come to like The razorbacks a lot since moving. The rest of the SEC can go fuck itself though. Particularly Kentucky.

Only because of Stallings and his Purdue roots right?
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel
