Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Alan Keyes has filed a lawsuit in Cali about the legitimency of Obama birth. I have no clue who would win now. I guess if Obama was somehow declared unqualified then why Joe Biden becomes the president.

It's true. The majority of Americans voted Obama in. Those who did not vote for him (me included) need to accept it. We do not need to fracture the Country any more with trivial lawsuits.

I support the lawsuit. If it turns out to be the case (which I doubt) that Obama isn't naturally born citizen, I would guarantee that he knew about it and knowingly deceived the nation. If so, he shouldn't be president. I would feel the same about any candidate regardless of their party.

Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

Dear Sir,

Bullshit.

Sincerely,

Brumdog44.

PS: nice to see that you are for frivilous lawsuits, something that you rail against.

PPS: We don't need a lawsuit to settle who was right about dinosaurs.

PPPS: See PPS.

if it is frivilous then it should get thrown out. If there is sufficient evidence, it should be heard. If he isn't a natural born citizen, he shouldn't be President. It's against the law. If he is, then he should be the President, because he was elected in. How difficult is that for someone who is correct about dinosaurs to understand?

AaronK,

I agree that if he isn't a natural born citizen but I am sure the DNC looked into. Do you understand the damage it would cause if it was taken away. They rioted in the streets over gay marriage what do you think would happen if the courts took the presidency away and who would be the President Congress would decide and who knows whom they would put in.

I think this has been updated since it was last posted. Sure seems frivolous to me.

I am posting a link a reviewto the Christian 80's and 90's hair band Petra's1996 tribute album (featuring the group Jars of Clay) Never Say Dinosaur.

It doesn't have anything to do with the topic, but I just thought it was funny.

i mentioned this back in august when a philadelphia lawyer by the name of patrick berg filed one identical to this. it went nowhere, as will this one. theres no way the DNC propped this guy up with this huge a skeleton in his closet.
i guess right prior to the election michael savage and rush both were theorizing the real reason obama went to hawaii when his grandmother was ill was to take care of this "situation." this is precisely why, even though i lean conservative, i cant stand the extreme wing of the party. especially the talking shills like savage, rush, and hannity. these guys are loons. add keyes to that list.
