Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

"I say this without any disrespect towards Indiana, but it's easier for me to recruit here than in Indiana," Davis said. "At Indiana, all eyes are on you. Everybody knows you're every move. Here, I can really get to know the players and the person and work through any situations that will arise without worrying about so many outside influences, and that's what I've always enjoyed doing.

its the fans fault he couldnt land any in state talent.

actually - what he's really saying is he wasn't up to the job. He would rather be the CEO of Widget XYZ company than GE.

Pretty simple really.

Actually, his players just couldn't hit a FT to save their lives. AZ INTENTIONALLY fouled TWICE with the game tied under 30 seconds, including a diving two handed grab at half court with under 1 second left and the game tied.

Never seen anything like it in my life.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

Haha, yeah, first time to check the board today and I started reading from the bottom. Saw it after I posted.

Pretty stupid move two different times. And the guy who fouled him the second time tried to defend what he did by saying "I didn't want to give the guy an open shot at the buzzer." What?!?!

Translated into plain english.
At IU I couldn't cheat because everyone is watching me. At UAB, hell I can cheat as much as I want and the NCAA doesn't even give this school a second glance. :D

Worst translation ever.
