Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

No link right now, but multiple message boards, including UNC boards are saying he has multiple fractures in his left wrist and is likely done for the season...

If it's true, he took that injury quite well. I thought he'd be fine until Erin Andrews said his wrist looked like it was dangling weird and swollen...and I always trust her reporting Posted Image

The kid gets thrown into the basket and maybe shatters his wrist and he isn't tough?

If he did break his wrist in numerous places, he may be one of the toughest SOBs in college basketball because just stood there and grabbed it. He didn't roll around in pain, yell, or anything.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

paint chips, my point is, a guy like Zeller who is 6'11 and 120 lbs should have starred in the movie "Unbreakable" instead of Samual Jackson. Kids with his build are made of glass and going to be very suseptible to injury. He seems gangly and not all that coordinated.

The coatrack getting hurt doesn't surprise me in the least. While you and the rest of the turdue mouth breathers were begging for him to attend Turdue, I was trying to tell you to not bother with it. He would be a bust and I am starting to look like Nostradamus.

BTW, he plays for UNC, why the fuck is he being discussed here??????? Fuck him.

Lets see, highly ranked Indiana kid who grew up like an hour from Bloomington, was being recruited by all three major institutions in this state, and then spurned all three to go out of state.

Yeah, makes no sense why people would care about how he does.......

Sucks to be him. Maybe he should pray and his God will fix it for him. On a serious note Zeller didn't come here, I don't think he's going to be that great, I really just don't care about him.

Jeff Goodman has a story up on Fox sports that confirms this. Multiple fractures of the wrist. I don't think it is definate that he will miss the rest of the season, but very likely.

And by the way, UB, say what you will about Zeller, I would take him in the paint over 2 Jobe's any day.

really???

I would take a 7th girl CYO player over the Gazelle Hunter.

Crean obviously needed a body for Pritchard to bang up against in practice

I just heard the report. I'm pretty disappointed because I've seen Zeller play in person, and it felt like he represented southern Indiana basketball. His brother turned out to be a real flop at Notre Dame, but I really thought Tyler could be a much more complete college player. Get well soon, Tyler.
