Which state has the best college basketball? California Florida North Carolina Texas Virginia That's their poll on the college basketball site. What a fucking joke. When Butler has been successful, Purdue is ranked in the top 10, and IU is in the state (which has more national titles than nearly 3 of those states bests teams have combined) and Indiana doesn't even get mentioned? Virginia?... Seriously? Espn is a fucking joke and a MAD HATER of Indiana. We'll show those assholes... |

ok-- Texas -- UT has been good (but only recently) Florida -- Florida (good recently), Miami sucks, florida state sucks, etc., etc. I'll give them North Carolina California -- probably warranted, even though they only have 1 legit team.. Virginia -- just wow. i don't even know what to say to that one.. |

I originally thought this meant the best basketball states recruiting wise. I then would say its California just because a lot McDonald's All-Americans they had coming out of there. Then they probably threw Virginia in there because Oak Hill Academy, which is a joke because they recruit players all around the country. North Carolina does have great basketball in college, but Indiana and Kentucky have way more tradition in basketball all throughout the states. Texas and Florida are football states too. I agree this poll is a fucking joke. ^o) |

You forgot about Notre Dame as well... they're currently ranked ahead of Purdue in the top-10. California and North Carolina both deserve to be in the poll. At least the people in Virginia and Florida still have North Carolina leading their states unlike Texas... bunch of homers. |

ESPN just seems to hate the Big Ten in general, ignore Butler, and hype up the Gomers...so in their eyes, there is only one good basketball team in this state right now. |

Notre Dame is way overrated. IU should mop the floor with them. :P |

If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed Meat is Murder. Sweet, delicious murder. | |

IU fans should rush the floor if IU keeps it under double digits |
