Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

his title was head coach and he was sitting on the turdue bench, drawing a paycheck from the university.
His title was associate head coach, aka head assistant coach. He was not on the sideline for most of Purdue's games in '05 and nobody besides yourself recognizes him as Purdue's coach that year.
whatever - then Cheaty sucks as a coach.

or doesn't he get responsibility either? I guess we'll blame Kendrick for that season too and pin the record on him.
:owned:
Nope 2005 is all on Keady. He lost his ability to motivate/intimidate his players, much like Knight has the past couple years. It happens when you get to a certain age.

Though, I realize your logic would blame that one on Kendrick, since you keep blaming the Gridiron Gomers' woes on Ty...even 4 years later

Knight would still win 20+ games when his effectiveness wore off.

Further shows the chasm in coaching abilities between cheaty and Knight

Lars, Vision get back to the Purude board. You to have let UN and the other one take over the thread and you are in a can't win situation because even if you prove the idiot twins wrong you ares still fucking up the IU side with the day care antics. Please return to the Purdue side and ignore the idiots
We're keeping them away from the Purdue board.

Would you rather the love-birds fuck up this board, or ours?
You and the love birds are fucking up both of them.

Congrats guys, this means the shit storm is over (at least off the court).
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

I am happy for Crean. And I am equally happy for Sampson, may he never coach college ball again.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed
