| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! yeah, but like i said in another thread, it's not that hard for me to watch. the effort is definitely there, and i'm excited to see how these guys (especially pritchard) develop throughout the season. |

Pritchard has a bad case of the Charlie Millers: Great moves to the basket and inability to finish layups. |

It's always easier to watch a team when the effort is there. IU is still more enjoyable to watch now than they were eight months ago. |

Its going to be bad, but they're young and they play hard and we can all agree this team will be much better by the end of the season as they develop. Then again they couldn't be much worse than they are now... |

of course turdue fan will say that. Perhaps the groundwork is being laid but getting thrashed by 30 by catholic schools is not enjoyable vs winning 25 games. I guess it can only get better :chug: |

i agree. last year's team (minus gordon and dj) disgusted me. i especially hated jordan crawford. that arkansas game in the NCAA's was horrendous, i'm glad that season is over. |

I'm a reasonable guy, so we'll see. I bought some FCX at 21.9, and saw a nice runup into the bell. Assuming that one pays off the next few months, I can see giving you at least one extra W. What's the story with SLW, and have you followed TCK? The latter accumulated a lot of dept at a very unfortunate time. |

not as familiar with Teck. SLW is a sliver broker middleman. basically makes money as long as silver stays above $4 oz. It will be a 10-15 stock in the next 2 years. Look at the chart as silver collapsed hold on to FCX - their divvy should be good for now. Copper will go back up as the US printing presses work overtime. TBT is the easiest trade of alltime. Treasuries have NO WHERE to go. |

imagine where we'd be if dan dakich were the coach. 1zxgnc i'd say 0-4 with all pretty bad losses, and a horrendous recruiting class for 2009. |

UB's Hooker after UB is done: "Are you in yet?" |
|
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves." "I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel
