Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Did anyone watch this game tonight? Pacers were down 16 points going into the 4th qtr. and ended up winning the game by 1 with a last second tip in by Murphy. Was a pretty impressive win against the team with the best record in the NBA right now. Maybe this team will end up doing something after all.

GO PACERS!!

(have to have something to get excited about this basketball season)

about god damn time we won a fucking game! if i had to sit through one more god damn game where we have a double digit lead at halftime and fucking blew it all away like a fart in the wind in the second half, i was going to have a conniption. there is no question we can score a hell of a lot of points, but the lapses on defense have been driving me up the fucking wall. basketball is not a complicated game. you get a big lead, you force the sons of bitches to take low-percentage shots and milk the shot clock every position until the game is over.

its nice to see us be the team that comes from behind and win it, for once. go pacers!

When your starting lineup as two good defenders and 3 poor defenders, you are going to struggle on that end of the floor. We are going to have to score 100 points to win most games.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

Really, it was an all around great effort on both sides of the ball in the 4th qtr. Ford came up big with a couple steals and layups at the other end. Murphy also played a hell of a game, (16pts, 14 rebounds, 2 steal, I believe) and they shut Koby down for the most part in that quarter. I am like Fallen, I have watched too many Pacers games this year where they have had big leads and got beat in the last qtr. It was nice to see the opposite happen for once.
