Shit, you're telling me bgtmr... I will have no problem getting out of this dramafied, meth-filled village. On another note, I'm pretty sure I have the most random ass sleeping patterns of anybody my age. I'm going to see if I can fully attack stoichiometry first period in Chem on just 2 hours rest. Booyahhh (Not by choice... I just DON'T get tired and REFUSE to use sleep pills unless I'm definitely going to need them. I'm quite positive I've had insomnia or some sort of sleep disorder for about 3 years now.) |

I definitely feel that. I think I suffered from insomnia for most of my life, but apparently I'm just getting older and more tired, so it's starting to balance out. When I was in college, I had a schedule where I'd stay awake for 38 hours and then sleep 10. It made the most sense to my body. |

Mine has a lot to do with stress and my non-stop 1,000,000,000 mph brain. I think about everything under the sun sometimes, and 2 hours will pass like it's nothing. Plus I have OCD about my pillows and blankets and where I'm laying, which can FUCK with you so much when you're trying to sleep. I need to try Ambien risk free or something haha.. but knowing my ass I'd be one of the lucky few who gets side-effects of sleep-eating ! |

My brain does the same thing. My fiance took a picture of me sleeping where I was posed with my hand on my chin looking like the thinker. I'm known at work as the guy you go to when nobody else can figure something out. Anyways, a few weeks ago someone came up to me as I was leaving work with a problem that their department had been stumped on for the past month. I woke-up about a dozen times in my sleep, and every time I was a step closer to solving the problem. I woke-up the next day and told them what to do. I'm sure I wasn't getting very much REM Sleep that night, and it definitely wasn't my attention to think about that problem. It just got stuck in my head and wouldn't leave until my brain figured it out. |

Get your thyroid levels checked. I was basically an insomniac for the first thirty years of my life. Went to a doctor for something unrelated and he said my thryroid was enlarged. Turned out I had a tumor on my thyroid. I had it removed and it was non-cancerous...thyroid cancer itself is one of the most curable and easiest to remove. Active brains, anxiety, and insomnia are all symptoms of high thyroid levels. Inability to gain weight is as well. What's your height and weight? |

Believe it or not, a common dream of mine is me playing Halo first person mode. Swear to fuck, it's weird... and hard to get away from haha. Other times some things such as songs and things get stuck in my head. Luckily, I also don't require tons of sleep like most people. I remember I could stay up later than all of my friends when I was younger.. pretty sure that carried over. It's fucked up but hey, I do good in life and work just fine. I'm sure my psyche could use a confidence booster at times, but I cope well. I also nap frequent... which does not help what-so-ever. |

Oh man, I eat. I love food.. Matter of fact I'm trying and succeeding to lose some lbs. Right now I'm 5'8" and a decently lean 180. I have muscle yeah, but a lil stomach flub that's covering my chiseled abs haha. So strike one there. But Anxiety and insomnia are both yes's.. Hell, I got checked for mouth cancer, I figure it wouldn't hurt. Especially since this area is one of the worst in the nation for getting cancer thanks to our splendid factories. |

Holy shit that sounds like me. Right now I'm doing a 36 awake, 12 asleep schedule. Luckily I only have one class Tue/Thur so I don't miss much when I do crash. I've always had trouble sleeping though. My record's 68 hours up, but I can go 2 days without even thinking about it. The worst part is that, a lot of times, I get so used to being awake I can't fall asleep when I finally want to. But as for the thyroid thing, I think I might check into that. I know my mother had thyroid problems too. I would think that would make it more likely. I don't have anxiety as much, but active brains, insomnia, and inability to gain weight is definitely me. I'm 6'4" 170. And I've been lifting fairly consistently to get up to 170. I can barely put on weight no matter what. Not that I'm complaining... |

Of all ethnic drinks, Horchata is the absolute worst. When you read that they are serving a sweet rice-water drink, run. |
