| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! Yeah, the in-state teams were dominating the 60's a few weeks ago, but now we got our grip on 70-81. |

Well to be fair if you add all the Indiana teams together, and divide by four our average is STILL in the 60's. |
![]() "Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed Meat is Murder. Sweet, delicious murder. | |

I see only two problems with your rankings. 1. USC is way to low. 2.Missouri is way to high. Other than that it seems pretty good. |

PAC 10 is incredibly weak according to the application. That is driven by the bottom half of the conference being dreadful Personally i would put PSU and USC at 5 & 6.. but i wrote this application to prevent myself from making such judgements As for Missouri: The big 12 is tops in terms of conf strength. Schedule strength is pretty high too with UT and OU being #1 and #2 in this poll and OSU at #9. The app cares only about W's and L's. OU dismantling them is the same as if Missouri lost by 3. I did this because I'm not a fan of running up the score to help with votes and thats exactly what OU did. My feeling is that if you give points for that then teams with class are punished for not doing the same. Edited by guileh3d, Dec 9 2008, 07:29 PM.
