Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I'm willing to bet that people can create alternate accounts here just like they did on ESPN board. The benefit here is that the posts are monitored a lot closer, and Wilson and Jazen will be able to determine which posters are real and which aren't.

I'm just a Purdue fan that loves his boilers and believes we're the team to beat this year. What's wrong with that?

If any other team had the best defender (Kramer) in the country and best all around player and a more athletic version of Scotty Pippen (Hummel), they would think the same thing!!!!!!

Boiler Up!

Hail Purdue!

Its IWISH, just figured it out. Only him and UB say anything about Scottie Pippen. Or they could all 3 be the same too.

I've never really understood what was so funny about the Pippen reference. It's not like Pippen was the most skilled offensive player, he was just a great athlete with great reach for his size at 6-7.

He was one of the league's best on-the-ball defenders, but didn't have a good jump shot, wasn't a great passer, and didn't necessarily make the best decisions. He was a very good compliment to the greatest player of all time. That's about it.

whatever Pippen was, he's a thousand tiimes the player Homely will ever be.

That's why I think Hummel can be better than Scottie Piippen. He's more athletic, quicker feet, better vertical, better defender, better passer, and better shooter.

It's really hard to find a comparison to Hummel because there's never been a player with as complete a skillset as Hummel. The sky is the limit for that young pimp!
