Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Dont you ever come up with anything new? Its always down play the big ten when someone makes a point. The big ten defensive player of the year might not win it in the Big East or ACC but he is still very good.

leads in steals??? big fucking deal. Robert Vaden was big on steals yet got beat time after time because all he did was leave his man and go for steals. Kramer does the same thing. He got beat time after time by Duke and any other good team because he tried to cheat passing lanes.

so what if he gets 3 steals against Choppin Meat or Pine Tar, he's a fucking defensive fraud.

Yeah-you are right. He is terrible. Not sure why he was Big 10 Defensive Player of the Year last year.

If Grant was in basketball shape, I would want him to handle most of the defensive assignment...but he's not there yet.

So having said that, I would say we should mix it up between Grant, Kramer, Green, Moore, and possilby Hummel. Curry can shoot right over Jackson. Green will likely pick up fouls, but will make Curry work to get open in the meantime.
Im afraid Hummel would pick up too many fouls trying to guard Curry. He has that problem anyway, and a guy like Curry would only exploit that. I definitely agree we will be rotating guys to guard him all game tho.
Agreed. If Hummel manages to stay out of foul trouble, perhaps he could guard Curry some during the second half. If he picks up his usual two first-half fouls, forget it.

Actually, I agree to an extent with UB on this one. This season Kramer has spent too much time reaching around his man, and cheating passing lanes IMO. He needs to start manking better decisions on when to gamble.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed
