Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

To be honest with you, I don't use textures too often. I'll usually google something like "grunge wallpaper", or "gold grunge", or whatever it is I'm looking for. Then I might use that for a background, and go from there.

Here's an example:

Here's a Peyton Manning wallpaper that I never really finished. The background is actually something I searched for, don't remember what, but I usually look for something like that and build from there.

Well my day just got a little better........and it sounds like Heaven is now a better place with a new soul. Heartfelt sympathies my friend.

We've been taking it easy on the Hoosier bashing. It's not much fun and way too easy. I hope you don't mind if we Posted Image a lttle at you. I'm sure you can come up with some original material on the subject.

This place isn't the same without you.

Welcome back.

What's the resolution on your desktop, M? This pic was originally done in 1680 x 1050 (my desktop), but I think I saved it to something smaller to post here on the board.

Anyway, glad you like it. :)

Thank you Bob, and as I've said (and you might have read), it's been a strange few months. Something you just can NOT ever imagine happening, and when it does so in such a meaningless and senseless manner, it make the whole situation not only surreal, but just hard to accept.

That being said, I only frequent this message board and one (baseball) during the summer, and I've seen instances where someone may come on and mention something so personal, and garner some sort of sympathy from the community as some form of attention. Not only am I not (personally) like that, at times like those the small things in life (like a message board) take a back seat.

I don't want to sound corny, but I can assure you that for some reason alot of you guys have been on my mind here and there, and I haven't met a single one of you. But let me tell you, it's truly good to come back and see "old faces" again, and in an internet sort of way, I realize how much I missed you guys.

Even dcam. :P

But seriously, you have GOT to give me the website to those smiley. You sir, are the king. ^_^

Right back at ya buddy. I suffered a family loss of my own this summer, its not easy.

I was hoping you'd be back for baseball season. How about the A's making a big move? Holiday may bat .350 in that spacious stadium.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

Truly sorry to hear that, cam.

I was pumped to get Holiday, he's definitely got star potential. To be honest, and as tough as it is to watch the Hoosiers, this year, I'm looking forward to baseball more than I ever have. :)
