Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Oh, you and me both, man. I'm no fan of either team, but I just flat out love watching a good basketball game.

Duke has been pretty damn good the past couple of weeks, but it's in Winston-Salem and I like Wake. Teague needs to bring his A game, and the Deacs need to be able to get their offense going against that pesky Blue Devil D.

Here's to hopefully a spectacular game.

Duke's looked very good all year, so unless it's a blowout, I wouldn't call Wake Forest overrated.

When Wake's on, they can beat any team in the country... the problem is that they're not very consistent yet.

This one is easy to pick someone to root for (against) Duke is the most reviled sports team in history, surpassing even the Yankees.

Duke has to take care of the ball, otherwise Wake gets out and runs and they are tough to beat when that happens. Wake is the most athletic team in the country. One of the more athletic I've seen recently actually.

Turnovers are key.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

I pick wake to win this with the home court...but i think Duke is the better team. Duke is for real this year, they are very good with guards and they have versatile big men that can step out...if duke is on, nobody in the country can beat them, and when they are not, which is rare, as they have so many shooters, they have guys like henderson that can score in other ways

Yeah, but it had an exciting finish and how many teams can say they have wins over both UNC and Duke?

Great game. Can't wait for the rematch in Durham.
