Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Going up against Lebron at Cleveland tonight. In the first half, he has 21 points, 2 steals, and a block, assist, and turnover apiece on 7-12 shooting from the floor including 4-6 from 3 point line and 3-3 from the line.

Not bad for a chump who won't ever significantly contribute to an any NBA team! :chug:

no that was vision who kept saying that. I would never, and I mean NEVER tell DC that he is wrong about something. Then he'd start an argument and after trying every conceivable thing I could to convince him otherwise, I would give up. Haha

Yeah, DC said he needed to improve his handles but certainly wasn't going to label Gordon a bust. He also stated multiple times that he would root for him since he's an Indy area athlete. That said, I don't specifically remember him ever saying Gordon was going to be a superstar...but then again neither did I.

On a side note, Baron Davis is back and came off the bench tonight. Obviously EJ won't take his spot for good, but it also means he's good enough that the Clips don't feel like they need to rush Baron back into action.

Yeah I'm happy for EJ and excited that he's off to a good start in the NBA. Fuck what the nay-sayers think.

I just wish I could catch him on TV playing sometime. I haven't been able to. The night they played the Pacers it was one of the few Pacers games that wasn't televised locally.

Ognatskii just can't let it go...starting thread after thread saying the same thing over and over.

He's kinda like the bitch that got dumped for a much hotter woman. ^_^

Same here. I don't watch the NBA, but if I happened upon a Clipper's game, I'd definitely tune in.

EJ will be in that Rookie Challenge during the All-Star break. I'll definetly watch and root for him.

That Slam Dunk contest should be sweet with Dwight "Superman" Howard and Nate Robinson. B)

This might sound dumb, but maybe he was just too pro-ready for the collegiate level? NBA defense can at times be lazy, offense sometimes sloppy... I mean he showed his scoring ability at times but his game hasn't changed a whole lot. He was a little ahead of himself at the time, but now he's right there.

I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

Good memory sir.

What he is doing is pretty impressive right now. He has the physical tools, I just always was worried about him being a 6'3-'6'4 off guard. He's seemingly adapted. Not many guys can be that productive at that height with very limited PG skills.

If he becomes a consistent deep shooter, he'll be a scary NBA scorer.
