Coach
|
In light of the post about Pat Knight's tirade at Texas Tech. I have been wanting to ask this question for a long time. Would you rather have Pat Knight or our existing coach Tom Crean? I think this is a no brainer. The reason why I am asking, is because if BK would have got to retire from IU on his own terms, and I think he probably deserved that, we would have been stuck with Pat Knight this year. Even though I like Pat, he isn't a good coach and we would have probably been in the same boat that we were in when we hired Mike Davis. So with that in mind, it took IU a while but we have a good coach much sooner than this would have taken. I think dear old dad would have made sure Pat got a multiyear deal; therefore, we would have had to wait on a successful season several years after BK retired. What are your thoughts? |
