Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Did any of you realize that they buried some healthcare provisions in the "stimulus plan" so they would be passed due to the country being in such a "dire financially catastrophic situation"

The Fed now gets your medical records and gets to decide if you have received "duplicate care" or "excessive care"..............

1) who judges duplicate or excessive
2) dont doctors know more about medicine than the fed govt?

BTW, this was a direct quote in Daschles last book......."hide the healthcare provisions in a big spending bill because they are to important for normal senate protocol"...........

"senate protocal" must be a code word for democracy!

It's a fact that The Messiah, the guy who campaigned on transparency, is trying to rush through his ideological agenda before it can be examined. Most of us were concerned he wouldn't be good for the country, but few thought he would be this bad, this early in his presidency.

colt, what is the purpose of this information being given to the government? Is it just for patients who are currently on government healthcare (medicaid...etc)?

BTW, Daschle has proved that he knows how to hide things and button-hook the system

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

The Govt thinks they should decide if you are getting duplicate care or excessive care...........they want to tell the doctors how to practice medicine.

Population control........that is what it is really for. When you are 60 yrs old and they find a tumor, they may just decide that you are not worth saving........because they can!

so this information transfer will apply to the general population, not just medicare/medicaid recipients (sorry I am being to lazy to look into it myself...you seem to have already looked into it)

The dems learned after Hillary's attempt at universal health care. Now they're changing things 1 piece at a time until we have universal health care. Cocksuckers!
