We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. trouble, when have I done that to you? I didn't do that to NLA either. I wish I could find the actual thread, but essentially we were discussing big government vs. small government economics and I was implying that California's version of an economy is very socialistic and over-regulated bordering on outright socialism, so far from the American way that it should be it's own country. NLA responded by telling me that I was wrong because Cali had the 7th largest economy in the world. I haven't distorted any of his posts.....it's simple. NLA supports the Cali style of socialist economics, he backed them up by bragging about their size, Cali has consistently gone to the brink of bankruptcy (this isn't the 1st time at all), so when I called him out for supporting the Cali economic way, he backtracks and accuses me of distortion. |

furthermore, NLA I will retract my statement and apologize if in fact, you do believe that California's socialist big-government economic policies are to blame for their current financial crisis. If you do, then I was wrong in my previous statement implying that you believed that Cali's style is best for the economy. Now is your chance to clear up the record. |

And don't forget that many of the California liberals look down their noses at the red states as being uneducated and unenlightened. But they won't hesitate to take your tax dollars. |

yeah you quoted me, and simultaneously allowed NLA to squeek out of the issue. No problems though trouble....I didn't expect him to actually defend his position on something |

nice post there, Colt. Maybe you should get "FUCK CALIFORNIA" T-shirts made and sell them on your local street corner, you know... to stimulate the economy and all. :loser: Edited by BoilerNLA, Feb 14 2009, 12:31 AM.

That could possibly be the smartest thing you have EVER said on this forum. Or maybe I should just move to California so I can get a bigger piece of the bailout pie........that would be the american way (now the Obama way). Dont worry NLA, the rest of us in the fiscally responsible states will take care of you and your free-loading buddies just like we always have. Now go out and pick up your government cheese. |

In 1991, during Operation Desert Storm (I was actually in favor of that one) I attended a "Support Our Troops" rally near the Federal Building here at a very busy intersection (San Vicente Blvd and Wilshire Blvd) a guy was selling "FUQ IRAQ" t-shirts for $20. I bought one, as did many others. That guy made off with some serious cash that day. Good luck with your new business venture of FUCK CALIFORNIA |
