Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Looks like Jones wants to stay where he's at next year. At least there's improvement somewhere on this team.

lol, this has got to be the worst free throw shooting team in NCAA history. Just horrid.
I can look it up, but I think I can guarantee you that the 1987 Syracuse team we beat in the finals was worse.

Bob, you're defending the use of Hummel....tell me honestly that it doesn't look like on his free throws that he's simply throwing the ball up. Even the announcers are saying that Painter said he didn't want to use him unless it was absolutely necessary.
I'm not saying that, didn't say that. I'm saying Painter knows more about the playing condition of his players than a bunch of IU fans who love to take shots.

Any IU/Purdue fan should know that these games, when one team sucks, are almost always closer than they should be. Painter knows that.

I know he knows more about the situation, but we're using what he has said personally...pregame that he didn't want to play him unless it was necessary, earlier in the year he said that he didn't want him having to shuffle in and out of the lineup because of his back and that he should rest it until it was healthy.

....still stupid. Even if the game turns out to be close he should be waiting until the second half to play him. Because truthfully, if you can't beat IU on your home court without Hummel, than you're not even worthy of a 16 seed.
