Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

IU outrebounding Purdue. Difference in the game is 3-pointers.
...how many threes did IU even take?...
Roth had a brick and a massive airball........... massive
I swear I saw the goal post move four feet away from Roth while he was shooting. Damn engineers!

Jackson abused once again. Where you at now, dcam?
Right here. He's still one of the better defenders in the league. Heaven forbid someone score on him a few times.

JuJaun Johnson can't rebound. Where are you on that one?
I didn't think you had an answer. Thanks for playing.
I gave you an answer. I'm right here. Jackson is still one of the better defenders in the league.
No, you gave me a weak rationalization followed by an attempt to deflect to an issue not related to the conversation.
You asked me where I was. I'm here. I also stand by my statement made.

You need to get the wife to put out or something, you seem a little cranky.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

lol, this has got to be the worst free throw shooting team in NCAA history. Just horrid.
I can look it up, but I think I can guarantee you that the 1987 Syracuse team we beat in the finals was worse.

Bob, you're defending the use of Hummel....tell me honestly that it doesn't look like on his free throws that he's simply throwing the ball up. Even the announcers are saying that Painter said he didn't want to use him unless it was absolutely necessary.
I'm not saying that, didn't say that. I'm saying Painter knows more about the playing condition of his players than a bunch of IU fans who love to take shots.

Any IU/Purdue fan should know that these games, when one team sucks, are almost always closer than they should be. Painter knows that.
I know he knows more about the situation, but we're using what he has said personally...pregame that he didn't want to play him unless it was necessary, earlier in the year he said that he didn't want him having to shuffle in and out of the lineup because of his back and that he should rest it until it was healthy.
Who the fuck knows, maybe Painter said that so that stupid IU fans would have something to talk about.

You guys are just looking for anything to criticize Purdue in this game.
...yeah, and all the more fun to criticize an obviously stupid decision like that one... ^_^ ...come on Bob...you gotta admit that decision was extremely questionable this late in the season against a team like IU...

You must not read any quotes from Painter or Hummel on the situation.

Considering Moore as 4 3's, that's one and the same. Without his 3's we'd be fin in this game even with Johnson playing well.
If we made a free throw and blocked out once or twice it's not close. We can play that game too, although you guys have gotten very good at it this year.

C'mon guys, stop the hypotheticals. It's 39-30, about where it should be based on the play so far.
