Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Anyone watch it? It was a really fun and exciting game, a real showdown. The performances by Warren and Abrams were disgusting.

didn't Griffin suffer a concussion? if so, when did it occur? during the beginning of the game or towards the end?

I'm pretty sure it happened late first half early second half. He was really out of it.

It was in the first half.

And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

No, he took what looked to be a pretty harmless foreman to his nose....nothing malicious and it didn't seem like anything at the time. He even completed the play and got the shot up and played for a while after it. He most definitely was out of it though.

Fabulous game, though. I think Oklahoma showed they are much more than just Griffin. Willie Warren was outstanding in the loss. Abrams went off for Texas to get them the win.

do you guys think this is enough for Texas to reach the tourney? They were definitely a bubble team before the game, and as of now, I would say they are in.

Yeah Oklahoma really impressed me once they lost Griffin and erased a 12 point deficit. That team is solid. The win was HUGE for Texass.

If IU ever gets a player of Griffins magnitude and brute force with abusing the rim, I'll nut. Probably twice in a minute.

This turned out to be a great game. Oklahoma proved that they are more than just Blake Griffin. Willie Warren has my vote for National Freshmen of the Year. He can just flat out play. And Abrams had an awesome game after struggling a lot this season.

Texas needed this win badly. It will currently put them in the tournament, but there is still a couple of weeks left in the season. They can't afford any collapse.

Dicky V had an awesome quote in this game: "How would you like to see Mr. Griffin go against Mr. Dejaun Blair." OMG, that would be awesome to watch. And it could happen if both make it to the Final Four.

Both teams impressed me a lot. Texas' ability to contain Griffin before he got hit was really good on their part. OK's ability to stay in the game (and close the lead) after Griffin got hit was equally, if not more, impressive.
