| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! Chili with spaghetti is not chili at all, sorry. It's spaghetti with spicy sauce. Although the dogs do sound tasty.

Haha, that's what I was thinking. When I make it, the noodles will be left at the store. |

Skyline chili is best on a dog for sure. When I have real chili I go for something with a little (a lot) more punch. Still perfecting my recipe but it get's better every time I make it. It is based on this recipe Major Cojone's Chili I highly recommend it for those who enjoy a little heat. |

Ha, ha, lived in the Cincy area all my life so I have never even tried to make it myself. Either go to the restaurant to eat it or buy it from the grocery store ina a can and make chili dogs or 3-ways. My son and husband get a chilii cheese sandwich, which is the coney without the dog. lol. |
