Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I have mixed emotions about Marvin being released. I love the guy and absolutely hate to see him go however, I believe we need help in other areas and he is on his way down. I think we can move Gonzo over, play Clark out of the slot, and draft a young receiver. I think our main focus has to be on D or the offensive line.
What do you guys think?

Marvin Harrison has been one of my favorite players for the Colts the past couple of years. But I think Indy needed to move on. You can't deny that Marvin is getting up there age-wise. And I'm not too worried about the receivers. It's the defense I'm more concerned about.

The Colts should acquire James Hardy from the Bills. Problem solved. LOL

The Colt's faithful will definitely miss a class-act athlete in Harrison. He gave Indy fans a reason to believe having a winning football team is possible. A super bowl ring, tons and tons of media coverage, and one of the best wide receiver/QB combinations in football history is something to hang his hat on. I certainly wish him luck wherever he ends up. (Hopefully in Oakland)

Did Marvin get arrested for that?
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

No, but even the prosecutor basically said she knew he was the one who pulled the trigger, they just couldn't get the eye witnesses to say so. Please don't defend someone who shoots at another and hits an innocent bystander in the process.

UB's assessment was dead on.

Wait, so because the prosecutor said so its truth? Without any proof? Does innocent until proven guilty mean anything?

I'm sure the prosecutor had nothing to gain from a high profile case like that.....

Coltfan it is widely speculated that Starvin Marvin like the Hot dog

Harrison was a great player and never caused problems in the locker room and was very nneat and kept to himself.
