Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

If you want to do your job and audit anything the Obama administration and the Dem controlled government do........YOU'RE FIRED!

So much for checks and balances and being TRANSPARENT!

Marxist administration.......say goodbye to the Constitution.

I wish a few Obama voters, besides Brum, would speak up on issues like this and provide justification (other than "Bush did this.....Bush did that.....). I just want people to understand that they made a mistake with this guy, and whether or not they feel McCain would have been worse, they need to vote Obama out of office and send as many corrupt Congressmen & Senators on the road with him (from both parties)

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

It doesn't matter who you vote into office in the future, this Government is a giant self-sustaining entity that must be maintained and kept on life support. No matter who gets elected, unless they are willing to be the "fall guys" and take the wrap for all the negatives that must be endured due to hacking of government power (job losses, economic downturn, social program benefits cut, etc) and risk not getting reelected, it will not make a difference.
This snowball started rolling long ago and its been picking up weight for a long time, now its unstoppable.

If we feel McCain would have been worse than why would we feel we made a mistake?

there were better candidates than both of those guys for quite some time. Who did you vote for in the primary?

I realize that it's cool to buck the trend and vote outside of the top 2 parties, but until someone else actually has a remote chance of winning, I'm going to vote for whichever of the 2 main candidates I think will be better.

I've already done this at least twice on the board.

The funny part is that your obsession with bashing Obama is WAY more than anyone else's obsession with loving Obama.

coltfan's obsession with beating up Obama doesn't even come close to the national media's love affair....coltfan has an audience of what...7 or 8 of us knuckleheads....NBC has millions.

How do you know that the MSM is not secretly logging on at night and getting influenced by Colt's words?

Other than the fact that they tend to sit on the other side of the fence from him...

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed
