Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Anyone heard anything else about the tape of Bidens daughter doing coke? If it were a Palin girl, it would be playing at the IMAX right now.
You mean the tape that no ones seen and the ones who have aren't willing to buy because it may or may not be someone that looks a bit like Biden's daughter?
Right, that's the one. If it was Palin's second cousin's brother-in-law's uncle's great niece two times removed, it would be showing in the IMAX like Colt said.

Dreach, remember that MSNBC, NBC, CBS, and CNN all ran those fake bikini pictures of Palin.....they have no reservations about running an unverified pictures if it suits their cause.

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

Except that people weren't trying to sell those pictures to the news companies for hundreds of thousands of dollars. If they were, no way they would have ran. If the video was free, would easily be all over the place. The fact that no one has bought indicates that no one thinks it is real.

It doesn't necessarily mean it's fake. It just means it's not cost effective. I guarantee you that if it was being sold for $10, we'd see it, so it has more to do with the way media is shared that no media organization wants to pay $400,000 to then share a video that will immediately be on a thousand websites.

As I stated, I'm not for or against Palin, but for Dreach and Brum to ACT like liberals are treated the same as conservatives in the media........its fucking laughable and shows their blind liberal bias or their utter stupidity.

I actually didn't say that at all. I said using the illeged tape of Biden's daughter doing coke was a poor example to hang your hat on.

Kinda like holding press conferences for Levi Johnston to tell us why he thinks Palin is resigning?

I have to give my 2 cents here, since everyone knows that I was a Palin supporter. I'll break it down and make it simple.

1) If she is leaving because she doesn't want the State of Alaska to have to spend any more money on legal costs to defend her, I admire that

2) If she is leaving because the personal attacks on her family have caused damage that she feels may or has become irreparable to her family, I empathize & admire that. I also would not let anything tear my family apart if I could control it.

3) If she is leaving because of an impending scandal yet to be released, that is dispicable

4) If she is leaving to prepare herself for a Presidential (or other office) run, that is irresponsible selfish behavior which I don't respect.

In any of these scenarios I will not be voting for her for any major office. Even though I respect #1 & #2, and I agree with much of what Palin represents, there are multiple factors involved in choosing a leader, and one of them is certainly confidence in the fact that he/she will stick around until the job is done. I don't hold it against her whatsoever, I just wouldn't choose her to lead a major office which impacts my life.

On a side note I got a kick listening to her spokewoman in a CNN interview. When Cooper asks what Palin will do now, the woman says, "The world is literally her oyster." Literally? We can't be a filet mignon or something?

Haha. A ton of people do it and you almost never even notice until you stop and think about the phrase. Then it's funny :)

My daughter had a swim meet last night, and my wife commented that one of the swimmers was "literally flying." Yes, I had to tear into her a bit.
