Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Someone who finishes the season in the top ten. Or hell, I'll even give you top 15.
so you can count turdue's quality wins (in both sports combined) on one hand?

I'll bet in the last 15 years, Purdue has more quality wins than IU and the Gomers COMBINED...in both sports.

according to your definition of "quality" - name all of turdue's quality wins in football and basketball the last 5 years. this should be brief

Football: none (none for the Gomers or IU either)

Basketball:
'07-08 vs. Louisville
'07-08 vs. Wisconsin
'07-08 at Wisconsin
'08-09 vs. Michigan State
'08-09 vs. Washington

*Just from the last two years.

I gave you top 15. And you asked me to list Purdue's win by that definition.

Are you going to list the Gomers and Hoosiers' quality wins? I thought not.

no way was Washington in the final top 15 poll.

I highly doubt Wiz was either.

Wisconsin clownstomped the "Final Four" Hoosiers 62-49 (game wasn't even THAT close) in '08, and then beat the "Final Four" Hoosiers in Ass Hall. They finished the season ranked 5/6.

Washington finished the season ranked 14/15.

Okay if you want it that bad, I'm willing to take U-Dub off the list. So Purdue has four in the last five years.

Even though NONE of those games were outside of AssHAll, I guess it counts. Fortunately, the logic you used against Washington could not be used against '07 Wisconsin.

Washington fell to 16th after the NCAA Tourney, whereas '07 Wisconsin got clownstomped in the second round by a 10 seed, but no polls were released afterward.

The Gomers did win at home against a vastly over rated L'ville team this past season...and might have a couple other home games over the last five years.

I said Purdue has more than both combined in the last 15 years, you changed the window to five years. In the last five years, both little brothers have probably combined for more quality wins in basketball...barely. Now if I change it to two years, it's not even close.
