Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I've actually been to a Purdue/Notre Dame game at Purdue, and the Purdue/ND split was about 50/50. It was quite awhile ago and I went with some friends from Purdue....some of which wore Notre Dame gear to the game.

Screw ND football.
Was this before, or during, the Tiller era?
Before. 1988, I believe. Year when the 'Catholics v. Convicts' t-shirts came out and Notre Dame went undefeated and won the title. Probably didn't appreciate it that much at the time...hell, I had to go back and google to see that was the Notre Dame team that won the title. Had a friend at Purdue and he had tickets to the game, so I came up to it. We left at half (it was a HORRIBLE game, something like 35-7 at half and ND won 52-7). Ended up just walking around campus and drinking.

I went to some games during that time span. If I remember correctly, Purdue was lucky to put 15-20,000 in the stands back then.

Who hired the trustees?

Never mind. I'm quickly getting the impression that none of this was actually IU's fault. :loser:

But they are inducting a convicted FELON into their Hall of Fame. And they hired a PROVEN cheater and looked the other way for two years.

Unbathed, which is worse: committing a felony as a US citizen on US soil, or committing a felony as a REPRESENTATIVE of the US on foreign ground?

you are clueless. your time machine needs a tune up - badly.

the worse thing is to honor and adore a 2 time NCAA cheater by naming their court after him. pathetic.

Have it your way. I would rather have a coach who has done nothing more wrong than make 16 impermissible phone calls in 25 years.

You would rather have a bonafide thug in your Hall of Fame....and to have pictures of the thug posted throughout your masterbatorium.

and provide 'forgivable loans' to recruits. basically paying players - that is the WORST abuse there is.

Cheaty is a fraud and a bum. and he never won anything noteworthy.

If you play the association game long enough, you might be able to trace the blame all the way to Bill Clinton.

Keep the lies and deflections coming. They are also quite comical.
