Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

We have had some dissapointing losses so far, but overall i think the team is playing better than expected. If we can continue to improve I think this team can go 5-3 in the big ten and finish 6-6.

Northwestern - W
@ Minnesota - W
Ohio State - L
Illinios - W
@ Wisconsin - L
@ Michigan - L
Michigan St - W
@ Indiana - W

It may be wishful thinking.

Its possible, but with going 1-3 in the OOC part means there is no room for error. And with Purdue, that usually means bad things. We always lose one we should win, and rarely win one we shouldn't.

I'm guessing 3-5 or 4-4.

We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

I wouldn't sleep on Minnesota. They started awfully slow but seem to have improved with each game.

We'll probably lose the next 8 games by a total of 12 points or something.....................

We could realistically lose the rest of the games we play.

You would know all about being delusional.

And continue to make up lies.

Not sure how saying we'd lose all 8 games is delusional??????

I was talking about the gut wrenching that we typically get assaulted with being Purdue fans, like losing in the last 20 seconds of a game by calling a retarded timeout and giving the other team a chance to setup their offense and run a set play to score.

I don't think so. Every team pulls in at least 1 victory most of the time and the Big Ten does not look very good right now.

I think we'll win 3-4 B10 games, but it also wouldn't shock me one bit if we lost all 8, especially if we continue to run the ball as ineffectively as we have the past 2 weeks.

Teams will start to stack the box on early downs and then roll coverages to Smith, and make our other WRs beat them downfield on passing downs. I don't see any of our other WRs beating guys one-on-one down the field, and if they did, I don't think our QB can consistently make those throws.

We're going to have to win most of our games while scoring 24 points.

I believe we should get terBush some experience. The season is a wasted. Could have been but we shit the bed. Self imploded with a team that is decent but not capable of overcoming mistakes and we make to many. I would like to see TerBush get some reps so we have a QB with experience next year in the system. I know Marve if he recovers will probably start next year but a little experience will help.

3-5 in conference wil be the final result. so 4-8 in a year that could have been.

you're winning 4 BT games with Hopeless as coach?

Ron Zook, Tim Brewster, and Bill Lynch don't exactly scare me. And we get MSU and NW at home. I think we can win 3-4 of those games (which isn't impressive at all really).
