Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Considering the fact that most of the Gomer's opponents have been borderline top 50 teams, it is logical that they would have a good SOS rank. Computers don't have this thing called common sense.

LOL

and they still have to play 2 top 25 teams in stanford and Pitt

face it, the weak schedule argument is completely lame.

turdue would go 2-10 against ND's schedule

So what do you think, Unbathed? If the Gomers lose to Pitt and Stanford, will Dough-mer lose his job? Or will the Gomers just lower the bar for him yet again?

if he goes 1-2 to finish 7-5, I don't think the bowl game outcome will matter. he'd be finished.

now, if he goes 2-1 and wins the bowl game to finish 9-4, it will be an interesting debate.

personally, I think he loses to Pitt, beats Uconn and loses to Stanford and gets canned after the season. he simply isn't a college coach and his prickly personality has worn out his welcome. a lot of ND alum want him gone. the ones that don't are apologists.
