Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

IU clownstomps turdue this year

mark it down
That may happen, but who really cares? At that point, both teams will be playing for nothing.
I give IU a 50/50 chance at qualifying for a bowl this year.

EDIT: after taking another look at the schedule, and at Virginia's resume, I'll change it to 70/30.
I wouldn't put it that high....6-6 doesn't guarantee a bowl. We had to go 7-5 last time.
Ok, I'll just say I think they chances are better than 50%. If IU and their opponents continue to play the way they all have this season...IU really should win four more.
if it means Lynch is retained, I hope you're wrong

Well yes, the Painter for Heisman campaign was stupid and embarrassing.

I doubt anyone on here will argue.
Yep, the time machine is up and running. Funny how Unbathed insults the '07 Purdue team for beating up on MAC-level teams, but praises this year's Gomers for all their 3-point wins over shitty competition.
I have yet to see a Clausen for Heisman video - even though he is already 10 times the QB Painter ever was

Clausen has MUCH better recievers to throw to than Bryant and Lymon...yet will never even touch Painter's numbers.

And according to Gomer fans, yards-per-game stats mean everything.

What do you mean by touch. If you mean beat, maybe maybe not. I would imagine that JC won't beat his total yardage numbers, but then Painter threw the ball a lot more in his two big statistical season than JC, so the yardage thing is no surprise. I wouldn't be surprised to see JC beat painters touchdown numbers though, as Jimmy has 1 more touchdown through 5 games as a junior as Painter did at the same point (44-43).

Painter had a dogshit senior year and was benched because he sucked so bad.

Clausen might go pro as he's projected #11 right now.

Clausen >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Amish boy

and it isn't that close

No no no. Painter threw for more yards! Makes him the better QB without discussion. It's as good as gospel.

But they do have one thing in common. Neither has ever actually beaten anybody.

Both are much better than Heisman Lewis as well.

That just means college football must be down this year.

Wow, that was easy. :sarcasm:
