Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

That just means college football must be down this year.

Wow, that was easy. :sarcasm:
Alright BV, do not go there. You wills tart to sound line mini-evil and his pouting about college basketball being down every season since 1976.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

I was merely impersonating ExcuseEmperor and Unbathed, after Big Ten b-ball teams made them look like complete fools on a weekly basis.

back on topic: Clausen is much much better than Amish Painter ever was.

Agreed?

somewhere between "better" and "much better" I would agree. Just thought it would be fun to throw in a little Gomer logic into the discussion.

Unfortunately for Gomer fans, Clausen's performance will be good enough to retain Dough-mer for another year.

I don't know.

Games against USC, at Stanford, at Pitt, BC could throw a wrench at him.

I predict they lose at least 2 of those games

No no no. Painter threw for more yards! Makes him the better QB without discussion. It's as good as gospel.

So you make a ridiculous statement (Clausen will never touch Painters numbers) without realizing that Clausen's number's are comparable, then when you are shown that indeed Clausen's TD numbers are actually better at this respective point of their careers you try to sidestep it by spinning someone else's post with a sarcastic remark.
I believe that is what they call :owned:

Clausen, if he stays, will blow away Painter's TD numbers. it will not even be close.

Actually, it's called using Gomer logic in a Gomer discussion.

They could lose all four of those games, and Dough-mer would still return as long as he beats the others.

9-3 would be very interesting for ND admin.

They'd want to fire him but not buy him out.
