Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Is it just me or is the ref crew giving these players the body bounce the whole game?

Noticed that as well. At least they are consistent I guess.

That'll get overturned for certain.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

I feel bad for the defense. They only really gave up one scoring drive the whole game.

Basketball season will be here soon enough.

I mean, do you really want us to rebound at this point? Go to the Motor City Bowl against some shitty MAC team and lose?

I have better things to do Christmas week.......

Going 1-11 would be horrible for this program.
Obviously, I'd love for them to win a few more games. But I'm not gonna get all pissed off because we lose, like I'm seeing a bowl opportunity slipping away.

Yeah, but at the same time they have got to force a field goal in at least 1 or 2 of those situations. If they do it in just 1 then it's a TD and FG game instead of 2 TDs.

Ive felt bad for the D all season long. They have played well since the Oregon game. The Offense puts them in no win situations time and time again and they show up and play well. And as I type this the first throw I've seen Elliot throw ive seen all game of over 20 yards and he throws a pick....bench his ass. At least if we put a younger guy in he could grow Elliot is done and playing poorly what's the point.

That was a perfect play, just a God awful pass. What was Minnesota doing defensively there? That was a potential TD play right there.

Giving up TDs on a 30 or less yard field is not the defense's fault.

This is squarely on the special teams and offensive miscues. Again.

I agree with you on that. Look anytime Minn had to go more than 45 yards the D stopped them. This is another game we gave up that's what is killing me this year. We are giving these games away stupid mistakes that should not happen. A fumbled KO return a Blocked FG for a TD? No running lanes at all the line didn't look like it could pick up a blitz all day just horrid horrid game.

I'd almost just rather get outplayed and lose instead of just handing away games we could be winning.

There hasn't been a game that I've left thinking "Well, that team was just better, we'd never beat them."

Exactly after every lose this year I've felt like wow we should have won that game. If we were just being outplayed every game and not handing them away I wouldn't feel this angry or disappointed in the result. The fact that we could have won and probably should have won at least 3 of our losses is what makes it so hard to swallow.
